Vegetable Breakfast/Snacks Bowl
This is for those who are trying to be on a diet but find it very difficult to stop themselves from having high sugar foods. Here I am, with a very tasty bowl which will fill your stomach and your tastebuds!

This is for those who are trying to be on a diet but find it very difficult to stop themselves from having high sugar foods. Here I am, with a very tasty bowl which will fill your stomach and your tastebuds!
Ingredients:
- English Cucumber(2)
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red Onion
- 3 Avocados
- Parsley
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Cut the cucumber in small, symmetrical pieces. First cut them vertically then horizontally. Do it with two and keep the cut pieces in a bowl.
- Take a tomato and cut it in the same way we did with the cucumber and put the pieces in the same bowl.
- Cut the onion and separate it's rings and spread it in the bowl above.
- Do the same with Avocados. Remove their seeds ofcourse and scoop out their fruit and cut in small pieces and add it in the bowl.
- Cut the parsley in small pieces and spread them in the bowl.
- Now take a lemon and and cut it in two equal halves. Squeeze it's juice into the bowl. Also spread some olive oil from the top.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix it well.
- Tada! Our veggies bowl is ready!
