Vegetable Brunch Bowl

Vegetable Breakfast/Snacks Bowl

This is for those who are trying to be on a diet but find it very difficult to stop themselves from having high sugar foods. Here I am, with a very tasty bowl which will fill your stomach and your tastebuds!

Ingredients:

  1. English Cucumber(2)
  2. 4 tomatoes
  3. 1 red Onion
  4. 3 Avocados
  5. Parsley 
  6. Lemon
  7. Olive oil
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
Directions:
  1. Cut the cucumber in small, symmetrical pieces. First cut them vertically then horizontally. Do it with two and keep the cut pieces in a bowl.
  2. Take a tomato and cut it in the same way we did with the cucumber and put the pieces in the same bowl.
  3. Cut the onion and separate it's rings and spread it in the bowl above.
  4. Do the same with Avocados. Remove their seeds ofcourse and scoop out their fruit and cut in small pieces and add it in the bowl.
  5. Cut the parsley in small pieces and spread them in the bowl.
  6. Now take a lemon and and cut it in two equal halves. Squeeze it's juice into the bowl. Also spread some olive oil from the top.
  7. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix it well.
  8. Tada! Our veggies bowl is ready!
