Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Hope you guys loved the brunch bowl of yesterday! It is full of nutrients and all but don't forget we need protein too, hence a new addition to our recipe gave birth to a brand new recipe!

Ingredients:

  1. Shrimp
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Lettuce
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Cilantro
  7. Avocado
  8. Olive oil
  9. Lime Juice
  10. Chilli Powder
  11. Honey
Directions:
  1. In a bowl take 1lb shrimp and add salt and pepper to taste, 1tsp lime juice and mix. In a frying pan pour a little oil first and place the shrimps and cook in high fire.
  2. Take Lettuce and cut it in small pieces, same to be done with tomatoes, cilantro and avocado.
  3. In another bowl take 4tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp lime juice, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1/2tsp chilli powder, 1tbsp honey and mix well. Spread this mixture in the shrimp bowl and mix well.
  4. Tada! Our Shrimp and avocado salad is ready!
