Shrimp and Avocado Salad
Hope you guys loved the brunch bowl of yesterday! It is full of nutrients and all but don't forget we need protein too, hence a new addition to our recipe gave birth to a brand new recipe!

Hope you guys loved the brunch bowl of yesterday! It is full of nutrients and all but don't forget we need protein too, hence a new addition to our recipe gave birth to a brand new recipe!
Ingredients:
- Shrimp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Avocado
- Olive oil
- Lime Juice
- Chilli Powder
- Honey
Directions:
- In a bowl take 1lb shrimp and add salt and pepper to taste, 1tsp lime juice and mix. In a frying pan pour a little oil first and place the shrimps and cook in high fire.
- Take Lettuce and cut it in small pieces, same to be done with tomatoes, cilantro and avocado.
- In another bowl take 4tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp lime juice, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 1/2tsp chilli powder, 1tbsp honey and mix well. Spread this mixture in the shrimp bowl and mix well.
- Tada! Our Shrimp and avocado salad is ready!
