Ice Cream Sandwiches!


Hey guys. So this time I'm back with my new special recipe called Ice Cream Sandwiches,now everyone here loves oreos. well,who doesn't? Is anyone back there who doesn't like oreos?Please put your hands up!Nah I don't think so ;) Now,all the single ladies,PUT YOUR HANDS UP!*slowly put hands up then pulls down instinctively* XD Haha this was fun. Well this recipe is comparatively easier and all you need is Oreos,lots and lots of oreos.So Lets Get Started!

Ingredients:

  • Oreo Biscuits
  • Cream
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Vanilla(flavouring)
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Butter
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Flour
  • Eggs
Yep thats all you need! Looks easy right? Well it is.

Procedure:

  1. Take out 1 medium packet of oreos and keep stacking them. Then from the top cut the whole stack twice(both horizontally and vertically)
  2. Take a medium sized bowl and add cream,powdered sugar,vanilla essence and mix it with a hand blender(preferably).Add the chopped oreos in it,mix and freeze.
  3. Now in another medium sized bowl add dark chocolate and butter,then microwave till it melts.
  4. Mix it and then add powdered sugar,cocoa powder,flour and then mix it with a hand blender. Add three eggs and continue mixing.
  5. Now,add some more previously chopped oreos in it and mix well.
  6. On a tray,apply parchment paper and pour the mix in it and spread it evenly throughout.Now on that mix decorate it with multiple oreo biscuits(not chopped XD) and bake.
  7. Take out the tray and cut even circles from it with templates then apply the white cream mix of oreos previously put aside on it and put another circle of the mix on top and Tada! Our very own Ice Cream Sandwich is done!
