First of all, a very

Happy New Year

to all. Hope you're enjoying the first few days of the new year. So the next question is where have i been for the past few days because I didn't post anything. The answer is i wanted

YOU

guys to notice something. Did you realise that you had a lot of guests coming in to wish you A HAPPY NEW YEAR? and every time you had to think what to make to make them happy and also something light which can be given to them as a return home gift? I'll help you with that. The answer to this question is Cookies! but why cookies? because they are the easiest to make and very tasty to eat. I've always made cookies for my guests and the best part is they can be made for any occasion be it new year or Christmas or Easter and after eating my cookies they've always left our home with another batch of cookies for their parents or kids at home. So, Let's get started!

Ingredients:

  • Butter(1 cup salted butter softened): I suggest you to use Tillamook salted butter or normal Amul butter will also do just remember to add salt to your liking :)
  • White Sugar(1 cup):Any White granulated sugar will do
  • Brown Sugar(1 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract(1 tsp)
  • Eggs(2)
  • Flour(3 cups): Should be unbleached, all purpose flour
  • Baking soda(1 tsp)
  • Baking powder(1/2 tsp)
  • Sea Salt(1 tsp)
  • Chocolate Chips(2 cups): Kids love chocolate chips so do remember to put loads of them but not too much ;)
