Poha Pakoda

Hey guys! This Sunday let's make an Indian Dish known as Poha Pakoda! It's very tasty and healthy too!

Ingredients:

  1. Poha(400ml)
  2. Chopped onions(3)
  3. Red chilly Powder(5g)
  4. Chopped Coriander (50ml)
  5. Potatoes(4)
  6. Cornflour (15g)
  7. Oil(to deep fry)
  8. Salt(to taste)

Directions:

  1. In a big bowl, add Poha, chopped onions,salt,red chilly powder,cornflour,coriander leaves and mix it nicely. Let it rest for 30minutes.
  2. Meanwhile boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker till 5-6whistles. Once done, peel off the skin and allow it to cool. Now mash them with a fork and mix it well with the Poha mixture and make dough.
  3. Now make 1inch small balls out of the dough, do not add any water in the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in an utensil to deep fry the pandas. Once hot, put the balls in batches and fry them till they turn golden brown in colour.
  5. Your dish is ready to be served.
