Gooey Cheese Rice Omelette

- Cooked Rice(150g)
- Ketchup(2tbsp)
- Butter(5g)
- Salt(1/2tbsp)
- Black pepper
- Water(200ml)
- Beef Stew Paste(50g)
- Tonkatsu sauce
- Mozarella(200g)
- Heavy cream(20ml)
Directions:
- In a bowl take cooked rice, ketchup, butter ,salt, black pepper to taste and mix. Set Aside.
- In a frying pan at low heat, add, 5g butter, onion, and stir it. Add water, beef stew paste, ketchup, Tonkatsu sauce, and shimmer until a thick gravy is made.
- In another saucepan take Mozarella, heavy cream and mix well until a thick solution is created.
- Place the bowl of the 1st step upside down to put the rice in the middle of the plate. Pour the gravy around the rice and pour the Mozarella mix of the third step on the rice slowly.
- Garnish it with parsley from the top and place an egg yolk on top. Your dish is ready to be served hot!
