Digestive Biscuit Cake!
This cake is especially for the ones who cannot handle too much sugar and hence have been instructed to be far away from cakes and sweets! But why not make a cake for them which is not only healthy but also very tasty? Well today we are going to do exactly that!Ingredients:
- Digestive Biscuits(150g)
- Dark Chocolate(85g)
- Melted butter(6tbsp)
- Heavy cream(2 1/2cups)
- Espresso (2shots)
- Melted Chocolate(1 1/2cups)
Directions:
- In a mixer, add digestive biscuits, dark chocolate, and melted butter. Switch on the mixer. Take it out and pour the latter into a cake box and refrigerate for 30minutes.
- In a separate bowl add heavy cream, espresso and mix using a hand blender. Set Aside.
- In another bowl take melted chocolate and add the above mixture in it. Mix well and pour it in the cake box over the already made foundation in step 1. Refrigerate for 3hours.
- In a separate bowl take 1 1/2cups of dark chocolate and add 2 cups of hot heavy cream.Mix thoroughly. Pour the same onto the refrigerated cake and refrigerate for 30minutes! Your cake is ready to be served!
